Wedding of Lee & John!
Brooms Head, NSW
What a wonderful day!!! The weather was perfect, the location was lovely and the reception was a party never to be forgotten!!! After the many months of planning this wedding they should be very proud of the end result!
This couple was such a dream to photograph! They are both total spunks and I have photographed them many times before with their children (who are also absolutely gorgeous!) so they are very well trained :)
Thank you so much Lee and John for giving me the honour of photographing your wedding day! I had so much fun capturing the many moments of your day! May your life together be long, happy and full of laughs (with a wife like Lee Im sure there will be lots of that)!
Here are just a few sneak peeks from the day!

Wedding of Katie & Joe!
Squatter's Rest, Tucabia, NSW
Beautiful weather, awesome location, beautiful bride, what else does a photographer need???
As usual the 'girls zone' was a flurry of activity and last minute jobs. I had mum finishing off the dress (which she made herself!), the bridesmaids fine tuning the speeches and dad running round like a mad man with his son-in-laws (or as this family prefer-sils) doing all the manly odd jobs. Crazy town!!!
Katie made a very beautiful bride! She was a picture of grace in the gown her mother made. Along with her three bridesmaids, who also happen to be her sisters, I was in heaven! The four of them are just so beautiful; it was impossible to take a bad photograph of them!
The ceremony & reception was held in a gorgeous spot in Tucabia call the squatters rest. Under the shade of lovely leafy trees, surrounded by about 100 of their closest friends and relos, Katie and Joe tied the knot. No sign of tears from Katie or Joe, but bridesmaid (and sister) Hayley did all the crying for them. It was very sweet.
An so comes my favourite part of the day-the location shots!!! And I was so lucky to have an adventurous bride! We had driven around the previous day and found some really amazing spots. The first location was behind a family friends home and could have come right out of a scene in twighlight (hence we dubbed this spot twighlight). And Katie and Joe really gave Bella and Edward a run for their money! (Sorry Jess I stole your joke!)
The next spot was right next door to the girl’s parents place and I was so excited I could have wet myself! A field full of gorgeous long grass and the light was to die for! Again, Katie was such a trooper pushing her way through the grass carrying her dress behind her! It was so worth it though! Last spot was on a property with an awesome long dirt driveway and beautiful big trees lining it the whole way. We could have been in the English countryside. And again the light was just magic.
Back to the outdoor reception with a gorgeous rustic theme. I don’t think I have ever been to an outdoor reception before? It was so lovely and romantic, with fairy light and candles everywhere. Even old oil lamps were placed on the tables from Katie's grandmother’s personal collection. Lovely!
Time for some lovely heart felt speeches and even a song from Joe dedicated to Katie. Needless to say many tears were shed. I love emotion shown at a wedding, it was so lovely to feel the love that this family has for each other.
Big congratulations to Katie and Joe! Thank you for being such good sports and not being afraid to get adventurous! I think the photographs will prove it was well worth it! I hope you treasure these images more and more as the years go by and remember what a truly special day it was....

Meet the Ciez Family!
Last Sunday afternoon I was lucky enough to photograph this lovely family. I absolutely love this family! While the shoot was very hectic, as you can imagine with 3 young children, it was also lots of fun! I met mum and dad, Amy and Ciez through a mutual friend and I have photographed all three of their children as they have come along. I am very honoured to be their family photographer and have enjoyed watching their family multiply! They are such a very sweet family with lots of laughter! Dad, Ciez, is a bit (ok a lot) of a clown and had the kids (and me) in hysterics most of the time. So here is a sneeky peek of the shoot....
